Reminder Service
Worry free water is just a part of life with Water Solutions!
We provide our customers with phone calls or emails (based on your preference) to advise you when your filters are due for a change. This means you don't have to try to remember when you last changed your filter, or worry that your filters are too old.
Filter Change Service
For added convenience, we also offer our customers a filter change service! We'll come to your location as required and change your filter for you. Costs do not include the filters or GST: - Home: $49.95

Missed Appointments Charge
Unfortunately, due to a high number of customers booking appointments, but not being home or at the office when we dispatch out a technician to do service work, we are forced to implement a $50 fee for missed appointments for not advising us in advance. If you can call the office to cancel your appointment 12 hours prior, this fee will not be charged. |
